The 2025 Virtú Investments Impact Report

Virtú Investments has released its 2025 Impact Report, documenting another year of measurable progress in our social and environmental initiatives. The report builds on the model we launched in 2010 alongside our vertically integrated operating partner, North Coast Living, where stable teams, resident experience, and energy infrastructure work as a single system rather than parallel programs.

A few highlights from the year:

• We produced 808,126 kWh in solar energy, saving 541 metric tons of CO₂ emissions
• We donated 69,733 lbs of food to our communities
• We scored 25% above the national average in online reputation, ahead of every peer in our competitive set
• We delivered 592,278 kWh in EV charging, saving the equivalent of 33,613 gallons of gas
