Keri Copley
Director, Fund Administration
Keri Copley is responsible for overseeing financial reporting across Virtu’s diverse real estate investment funds and managing fund administration, investor communications, and regulatory compliance. She also serves as the lead administrator of Virtu’s investor portal, ensuring seamless access and an elevated experience for stakeholders.
Before joining Virtu in 2025, Keri spent two years in Investor Relations at SRM Development, where she honed her expertise in stakeholder engagement and reporting within the real estate development and construction space. Prior to that, she dedicated more than 20 years as Executive Administrative Manager at Valbridge Property Advisors, a commercial appraisal firm, where she played a pivotal role in operational leadership and client service.
Education
Keri has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration – Finance and General Management from Eastern Washington University.
Interests
Outside of work, Keri enjoys golfing, running, and traveling across the U.S. and Canada to cheer on her two boys as they play hockey.
