Andy Nelson

Andy Nelson is an analyst on Virtú’s acquisitions team, where he supports the underwriting of prospective investment opportunities. He contributes to the preparation of acquisition and disposition presentations, maintains sales and market data, and supports quarterly reporting, providing analytical support across multiple stages of the investment process.
Education
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Brigham Young University, with a minor in Business, and completed his Master’s in Management at Wake Forest University in May 2025.
Interests
Outside of work, Andy enjoys surfing, skiing, working out, and playing board games. He is also a devoted fan of the San Diego Padres and Chargers.
