Nancy Allen leads capital formation and strategic partnerships at Virtú Investments. Her primary focus is on equity development for Virtú's flagship Evergreen Fund, alongside other proprietary investment products.
Before joining the team in August 2023, Nancy led various real estate companies, including SRM and American Capital Group, as Head of Investor Relations and served the Board of Inland Northwest Bank through its acquisition by First Interstate Bank. She also co-founded Stay Alfred, a venture-backed vacation rental business that exceeded $100MM in revenue and served over 1MM guests across 40 markets with 330+ employees. The company was twice recognized as an Inc. 500 Startup.
Education
Nancy earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles, her MBA from Seattle University, and her Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude. She is also a member of the Washington State Bar.
