Senior Business Manager
Janet Carranza is a Senior Business Manager supporting multiple communities across Southern California. Her role focuses on team development, training and hiring, and enhancing resident engagement. She also contributes to financial performance, operational consistency, and the execution of regional initiatives.
Since beginning her work with North Coast in early 2020, Janet has played a key role in two successful lease-ups in the Los Angeles market, supported the growth of new managers, led regional onboarding initiatives, and helped standardize financial presentations and variance reporting.
Prior to joining North Coast, Janet gained valuable experience in property management and team leadership, laying the foundation for her current work in regional operations.
