David Beaver

At Virtú, David supports the firm’s capital formation initiatives where private wealth and institutional capital intersect. He partners closely with leadership to strengthen investor outreach, refine messaging, and help scale a thoughtful, execution-oriented approach to capital formation.

David brings more than a decade of experience advising Accredited Investors and Qualified Purchasers, with a background spanning capital markets, financial planning, and investor engagement. He has worked closely with investment teams to translate complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives, and then execute the outreach and relationship management required to move capital.

Education

David earned his bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University, where he was a scholarship football athlete. He holds the FINRA General Securities License (Series 7), is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, and is the holder of three active U.S. patents.

Interests

David is married to Brittany and is the proud dad of three daughters. Outside of work, he is actively involved in a local church, where he also facilitates men’s soul care groups in partnership with a nonprofit focused on personal growth, purpose, and integrity. He enjoys playing games with his family, good food, music, and seeing new places. He is also a lifelong fan of the Denver Broncos and University of Colorado football.
