Virtú Investments has closed on its purchase of The James in San Jose, California.
The James is a 190-unit multifamily complex located at 98 N. First Street. Completed in 2019, The James is a six-story pedestal-style building offering a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom luxury apartment homes.
Amenities at The James cater to the modern renter. Facilities offer myriad opportunities to relax and reconnect, with an arcade corner and hosted activities in a social lounge equipped with shuffleboard, billiards, a gourmet kitchen, and multiple television screens. Other community amenities include a resort-inspired pool and sundeck, a courtyard with fire pit, and plenty of coworking spaces.
