Virtú Investments has closed on its purchase of Vilara in Laguna Niguel, California.
Vilara Apartments is a 299-unit multifamily complex located at 26033 Getty Dr. Completed in 2019, the Vilara complex features a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and three-bedrooms.
Modeled after the essence of a European villa estate, Vilara offers luxury amenities throughout the private residences and community areas. Apartments feature kitchens with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, full size washer and dryer, private patios and balconies, and oversized windows.
