Virtú Investments Acquires Cerasa in Bellevue, Washington

Virtú Investments has closed on its purchase of Cerasa in Bellevue, Washington.

Cerasa Apartments is a 154-unit multifamily building located at 10961 NE 2nd Place. Completed in 2019, the building contains a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom homes with multiple floor plans including dens and lofts.

Cerasa residences feature high-end finishes including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, kitchen cabinetry with soft-close doors, and triple pane floor-to-ceiling windows. All are equipped with energy-efficient window coverings and electronic thermostats. Parking is available for residents in the underground parking garage and includes availability of electric vehicle charging stalls.

Community amenities at Cerasa include a resident clubhouse on the 5th floor with gaming tables, terrace with grilling stations, outdoor seating, and a firepit, as well as work stations. Bike storage and repair station are also on site, with a fireplace lounge and fitness center on the ground floor.
