• The Lark (San Mateo, CA) achieved an ORA Score of 98, securing the top position in the San Francisco–Oakland–Fremont MSA, a market serving more than 4.7 million residents.
• The Upland (Upland, CA) earned an ORA Score of 99, ranking #1 in the Riverside–San Bernardino–Ontario MSA, which encompasses over 4.6 million residents.

What the ORA Score Represents

The Online Reputation Assessment (ORA) Score, developed by J Turner Research, is the multifamily industry’s leading independent standard for measuring online reputation. J Turner Research aggregates and analyzes resident feedback across major review and listing platforms to benchmark more than 150,000 properties nationwide. The ORA Score provides a trusted, third-party metric of resident sentiment and community performance.
