Kim Damon has been a part of the Virtú team for 18 years and has been in the Property Management industry for over 24 years. Kim started with Equity Residential in 1996 serving various property management functions in Seattle and Southern California. She moved to Virtú in 2002 where she started as a Regional Manager focusing on Low Income Housing Properties, community renovations, lease-ups, and construction oversight.
Education
Kim is certified as an Occupancy Specialist and Low Income Housing Tax Credit Property Manager and also holds the IREM designation of CPM. Southern California and Low Income Housing Tax Credit Property Manager.
Interests
Kim enjoys walking on the beach, sunbathing with a book in hand, gardening, hiking in northern Arizona, along with anything that involves her family and friends.
