John DeMartini

John DeMartini is responsible for acquisition due diligence, acquisition closings, dispositions, refinance transactions, and target market research.
Since joining the Virtú team in 2015, John has been involved in over $2.8 billion in total volume across more than 65 transactions. Prior to Virtú, John was an Associate at Marcus & Millichap in San Diego, CA.
Education
John graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics.
Interests
In his free time, John enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and playing a round of golf. He is also an avid Los Angeles Lakers fan.
