Multifamily Opportunity Fund
Virtú Investments Multifamily Opportunity Fund is offered to qualified investors to provide an excellent opportunity to diversify a portion of their assets into managed real estate investments – an investment strategy which has historically demonstrated attractive and returns over time through capital preservation, cash distributions, and appreciation. The Fund will engage in the business of acquiring, improving, operating, and disposing of multifamily properties in the western US.
