Virtú Brunswick Associates, LLC. Purchases Brunswick Corporate Center

BRUNSWICK, GEORGIA — Michael B. Divaris, President of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., announced the sale of Brunswick Corporate Center, a 77,000 square foot office complex to Virtú Investments. The Divaris-leased and managed Brunswick Corporate Center is located at 3003 Scarlett Drive in Brunswick, Georgia. The property is occupied by Online Direct, Inc. and Troy State University.

Virtú Investments is a privately-held investment group based in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Jason Oliver, Investment Sales Associate in DRE’s Virginia Beach office, represented the seller, Crown Life Insurance Company.
