    Kim Mazanowski has been a part of the Virtu team for 10 years and has been in the Property Management industry for over sixteen years. Ms. Mazanowski started with Equity Residential in 1996 serving various property management functions in Seattle and Southern California. She moved to Virtú in 2002 where she started as a Regional Manager focusing on Low Income Housing Properties, community renovations, lease-ups, and construction oversight. Ms. Mazanowski is certified as an Occupancy Specialist and Low Income Housing Tax Credit Property Manager and also holds the IREM designation of CPM. Southern and Low Income Housing Tax Credit Property Manager.

    Chris brings 23 years of experience with multifamily capital improvement programs and construction experience ranging from application to vendor services. Chris has overseen development and execution of over $100 million in renovation and restoration projects. Chris will be instrumental in establishing preliminary capital improvement budgets for acquisitions and overseeing capital expenditures on renovations. Prior to joining Virtu Investments, Chris was Vice President of National Accounts with United Renovations as well as executive leadership with The Home Depot.

    Ms. Ferrell joined Virtú in June of 2003 as Controller. With over twenty years’ experience in both a private and public capacity, Ms. Ferrell has gained extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate industry. Ms. Ferrell is responsible in assisting the CFO with the financial operations, including monthly and yearly financial reporting as well as tax preparation for various Virtú entities. In addition, Ms. Ferrell oversees state and local compliance issues and regulations in the various states Virtú operates, is responsible for accounting policies and procedures, coordinates and aids in planning and preparation for annual audits, oversees accounting personnel and property management HR matters, and is responsible for matters concerning Virtu’s investors. Ms. Ferrell received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Accountancy from California State University Fresno and is a Certified Public Accountant.

    Janet Salinas recently joined Virtu’s team in September 2008 to oversee the Northern and Southern California portfolio. Ms. Salinas has worked in the property management industry for thirteen years. She previously worked for Greenbriar Homes Communities, Inc. managing a diverse group of multifamily assets throughout North California specializing in new construction, lease ups, and community renovations. Ms. Salinas holds her Certified Resident Manager certification and is California Certified to operated tax credit communities and continues to further her education in Tenant/Landlord Law.

    Elizabeth Blyth started her career in the property management industry in 2003. She began with Greystar Real Estate Partners before joining the Virtu Property Management Team in 2008. Ms. Blyth specializes in Class A portfolios and Revenue Growth. Elizabeth also has extensive experience with community renovations and preparation of assets for the sale process. Mrs. Blyth holds her Certified Property Manager certification and received her Real Estate License from Collin College.

    Elizabeth Beams joined Virtu Investments in 2008 and presently acts as the Regional Property Manager for the Greater Southern California region. Mrs. Beams began her career in property management at an early age, assisting in the day-to-day operations of her family's portfolio in Chicago, Illinois, before moving to California and establishing a successful interior design firm in Los Angeles. With her extensive experience in management and property improvement, Mrs. Beams specializes in supporting the acquisition process, community renovations and preparation of assets for sale.
