Virtú Investments is built to exploit opportunities in today’s apartment investment market. Over the last twelve years Virtú has acquired more than 65 assets, valued at over $800M, totaling 11,000 apartment units and numerous office, industrial, and hotel investments.
In this time, Virtú has refined a tightly integrated and highly responsive operating platform. In-house services are composed of acquisitions, finance, due diligence, asset management, property management, efficiency retrofitting, information technology, and accounting/tax preparation.
